Colette Annetts, President

Colette Annetts, President of Annetts & Associates, has over 30 years of human resource consulting experience. Her background spans compensation architecture, job evaluation systems, organizational redesign, multi-stakeholder facilitation and leadership development. Colette has worked across manufacturing, transportation, health, not-for-profit and municipal sectors, in both union and non-union settings. Her passion is to help leaders design people systems that not only uphold fairness and transparency, but also support strategic business outcomes

Colette has served a wide range of sectors, including manufacturing, transportation, service, health, not-for-profit, municipal and scientific, in both union and non-union environments.  Prior to joining the management consulting profession, Ms. Annetts was involved with issues of equality as Program Coordinator for the Ontario Women's Directorate and Information Officer for the Ontario Pay Equity Commission.

As a lifelong learner, Ms. Annetts is a recent graduate of Western’s IVEY MBA program. She has a B.A from the University of Waterloo, a Certificate in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University.  Trained as a corporate coach at the Adler Graduate School in Toronto, she is a Certified Myers-Briggs Professional Instructor.  Ms. Annetts is a member of HRPA.
