We conduct salary surveys for our clients. We, with our client’s assistance determine potential comparator organizations, develop a survey questionnaire, and contact each comparator organization to ensure full information is provided. Once data has been collected, we analyze the data and provide an aggregate data summary. Once complete we create a final report for presentation to our client. Participant organizations are provided with a summary of the findings.
Over time organizations face issues such as new job evaluation systems, retention and attraction difficulties, salary compression and reorganization that places stress on their compensation structures. We work closely with organizations to develop a compensation structure that is fair and equitable and addresses current external factors. We look at market data from numerous sources and well as identifying important internal relationships to develop a compensation structure that works for our client.
